we adults however are thorougly sick of it. it's pretty much the ice and the cold that are most annoying. we have had a solid sheet of ice covering the farm since early december. donna has fallen on the ice a couple of times through the winter, and maggie did twice just this week.

even violet is tired of winter! here she is hiding from the horror of it all....

(this is only a fraction of it). it will last until.. oh.... tuesday or so. maggie ran errands and did a bunch of sorta unexciting-but-necessary computer stuff. my phone mysteriously deleted a bunch of pictures, but donna pretty much spent all day weeding and made amazing progress!!

tuesday, we made a lot of stuff, and packed a lot of orders. suddenly, everything in the garden is going completely bonkers. the bee balm exploded into bloom. the annual herbs and veggies have taken hold and are starting to grow really well. the blueberry bushes i planted last week seem to be doing well...
