really distinct lack of flavor. to my mind, it was too tempered and this was a flaw, not a sign of quality. sure, it was a quality temper, but not quality chocolate. so the higher quality chocolate tends to make a bit of click and a harder noise because it doesn't melt so quickly and it's just got less sugar...
