we harvested a few precious and delicious berries :) our broccoli and broccoli raab is ready too. we found a little bird nest, blown out of a tree. it's made entirely of mini-horse hairs :) the buns love each other :) bunny bathing! keepin the post office busy!

she took some wonderful pictures of the process. i think it's so amazing to take junk mail, and turn it into something useful and beautiful!
and have fun and be creative at the same time. this class is going to be a lot of fun - we'll play with adding dried herbs and flowers, maybe some natural colorants, and even animal fibers, to add texture and interest to the paper. angie is a creative genius, and super-friendly. fun is guaranteed. :)...

what an amazing time of year. the trees are just starting to turn, and the fields and roads are starting to fill up with giant trucks and harvesting equipment. donna was worried about the bees having safe access to water, so she cleaned out her overgrown pond. (it does not smell nice!!)
yesterday we took advantage of great weather to make a new small pasture for the minis, distill lemongrass, and donna continues to beautify the farm with weeding. posted by girlwithasword at : am no comments: email this blogthis!...
